(“Coinbase”), NIKHIL WAHI and SAMEER RAMANI, on charges of conspiracy and wire fraud in connection with a scheme to commit insider trading in cryptocurrency assets by Use confidential Coinbase information about which crypto assets should be listed on Coinbase exchanges.
